There is also the chance that your pet may react adversely to medications used during this procedure or may react adversely to the suture material used. The animal must be vaccinated and, if not, the animal will be vaccinated and will contact AWA at 575-317-7439 to reschedule. By checking the box below, you hereby knowingly, freely, and voluntarily waive any right or cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of the surgery or in the transporting of your animal from which any liability may or could occur to all veterinary clinics in Roswell, New Mexico, that participate in the AWA Spay and Neuter Voucher Program or their agent, members, volunteers or employees.
